www.LiveSwim.net was founded in January 2009 after two successful swim events brought in over 20,000 visitors. It was decided that there was a strong audience and that there should be a placeholder on the web for swim meet archiving and live swim events. The site went live broadcasting the 2009 Short Course Junior Olympics in Long Beach and is continually looking for sponsors of streams in the future and for ways to bring swimming live to your home every week.
